We verify and identify every player in accordance with the Finnish Lotteries Act and Anti-Money Laundering legislation. All personal information provided by registered players is checked against the national population information system.

If a customer feels they have been treated unfairly, their legal protection is strongly safeguarded. Veikkaus has a clearly defined process for investigating errors, and if necessary, the customer can request a resolution recommendation from the National Police Board.
