Six months, six new market entries – Fennica Gaming continues its strong growth

The German state of Saxony, Canada, Mexico, Czechia, Iceland, and a third state-level market entry in Germany: Baden-Württemberg. These are Fennica Gaming’s new international breakthroughs in the first half of the year and the pace is only accelerating. Our four-year-old subsidiary continues to expand into new countries and regions with Finnish gaming expertise, unique games, and gaming platforms.

Fennica Gaming’s own game studio develops dozens of new online casino games and eInstants every year. These games are already played in nearly 20 countries across three continents. Most of Fennica Gaming’s customers are in Europe and North America, but interest in unique Finnish products and expertise has also emerged in Peru, South America.

Customer feedback has been highly positive. Fennica Gaming’s games are seen as unique, with something mystical, Nordic, and distinctly Finnish about them. The company’s delivery reliability has also been praised, as has its ability to find effective solutions for different markets.

Market entries in the first half of 2026:

Saxony, Germany

The new year got off to a fast start when Fennica Gaming expanded its footprint in Germany in January with Sächsische Lotto-GmbH (Sachsenlotto) and launched eInstants in the market. Operating in the state of Saxony, Sachsenlotto significantly renewed its eInstant offering and immediately released 10 new Fennica Gaming titles. The partnership significantly strengthens Sachsenlotto’s digital entertainment portfolio and reinforces Fennica Gaming’s growth in one of Europe’s most important markets.

Quebec, Canada

The fast-paced start to the year continued as Fennica Gaming deepened its cooperation with Loto-Québec and launched eInstants in Canada in addition to online casino games. This marked the second phase following the successful launch of online casino games and brought Fennica’s full online game portfolio to Loto-Québec players on the province’s only legal digital gaming platform. The expansion strengthened Fennica Gaming’s commitment to the Canadian market and the company’s strategy of building long-term, sustainable partnerships with regulated gaming operators.

Mexico

Mexico joined the Fennica family in February, when Fennica Gaming’s casino games became part of Novibet’s game portfolio. Entering the Mexican market is an important milestone for Fennica Gaming on its journey into the Latin American market, one of the fastest-growing regulated market regions. The Mexico launch supports Fennica Gaming’s strategy of bringing player- and data-driven content to new markets.

Czechia

Fennica Gaming’s eInstants were launched in Czechia in April for Allwyn Česko’s players. This milestone is another important achievement in Fennica Gaming’s international growth strategy and further expands the company’s presence in regulated European markets. The launch supports Fennica Gaming’s strategic goal of being a leading B2B partner for state-owned gaming companies and licensed operators in Europe and beyond.

Iceland

Iceland joined the Fennica family in May. For Fennica Gaming, this launch is a landmark moment, as it marks the first time the company has brought its EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) games to market in its own cabinets, creating a full-service solution. Unlike before, the game portfolio consists exclusively of Fennica Gaming’s Nordic game content, offering Íslandsspil players a unique, culturally resonant, and high-quality gaming experience.

Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Fennica Gaming’s latest market entry is the German state of Baden-Württemberg, where our eInstants have been available since the beginning of June. The launch of interactive games takes Lotto Baden-Württemberg’s digital product portfolio to a new level, meeting the preferences of today’s players. This is Fennica Gaming’s third market area in Germany, a country with 16 state lottery companies and millions of players. For Fennica, the partnership is a significant step toward bringing digital and player-centric gaming experiences to Germany’s highly regulated lottery market.

What’s next?

Four years, three continents, and nearly 20 countries. Which country will join the Fennica family next? That remains to be seen. But one thing is certain: Fennica Gaming will continue its strong growth and expansion into new markets. Finnish games, services, and strong gaming industry expertise are qualities that Fennica Gaming possesses and for which there is growing demand around the world.
