Changes in Veikkaus’ Board of Directors
The composition of Veikkaus Ltd's Board of Directors was renewed at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 March 2026. The Board of Directors will be strengthened with international business and transformation expertise. Kaisa Olkkonen will continue as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Veikkaus.
The Annual General Meeting of Veikkaus decided that the number of Board members shall be seven (7). The AGM resolved that the following current members continue on the Board: Kaisa Olkkonen as Chair, Leena Vainiomäki as Vice Chair, and Minna Pajumaa, Ossi Lindroos and Charles Cohen as members. Janne Rajalahti and Eeva Salonen were elected as new members of the Board. Katri Harra and Martti Ala‑Härkönen had informed that they are not available for re‑election to the Board of Veikkaus.

The term of office of the elected Board of Directors will expire at the end of the next Annual General Meeting.
